Converting existing site to DotNetNuke

Hi! I would like to know if you would be able to take our current site ([url removed, login to view]) and then convert the look (not content) into a DotNetNuke (DNN, Dot Net Nuke) skin.
The key is that you must keep as many possible details as you can in regards to the original site. The only exception to that is that we will not need the sub-menu colors to change as on the existing live site.
Also, we would not need anything beyond the creation of the skin. We have converted the content of the site into DotNetNuke already, on a local server, so we will not need your services for that.
Please inform on your technical ability, price rang and estimated time of completion.
