SQL Migration and possible ASP integration

Need someone to remote into a server 2003 and a server 2008 R2 and perform a SQL migration of a database and a local web app that inputs data into the SQL database. The app would of course need to work exactly the same on the new server as it did on the old. The database is quite small (Around 5 Megs), so we are not dealing with a large volume of data.
The original design of the program is awful and requires the SQL data to be exported to a CSV and then uploaded to a website written in ASP.
I'm interested in any proposals which can streamline the process, but that may have to be a separate project.
