I need 1st page or second page at worse SE rankings for keywords such as:

Construction Company, home construction company, remodeling company,home remodeling company, construction jobs, home construction jobs

Should rank extremely well both in general and local searches (example: "construction company" and "Florida construction company"

Site development was outsourced to India to save $ as budget is an issue. Please include in your bid whether or not you can get us where we need to get, your bid, and your timeline for delivery (we know it won't happen overnight nor over one month time).

We'll be submitting the site to around 300 directories this week (ranging from PR0 to PR7). Site is already complete with meta description, meta title, and meta keywords.

We expect a bi-weekly report to monitor the progression of the project. We're very open to hire non US providers, as we've worked with foreign providers in the past.

Let us know how you plan on carrying this project out (WE CANNOT AFFORD TO GET BANNED BY SEs, SO NO ILLEGAL SEO WANTED)

Good work for this project will most likely result in future SEO jobs from the company.

We only target the US and CA market, so we do not need international traffic nor we require to come up in foreign SEs/directories
