ASP aplication to retrieve and display data from mysql database

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer who can develop an ASP application to retrieve and display data from a mysql database and save aditional data to the same DB (receipt number). The data needs to be retrieved as text, and presented in a table format. I already have a data structure in place, so I will be able to provide it. To ensure a successful outcome, the freelancer must have experience working with ASP, mySQL databases and related technologies. The project requires attention to detail with an eye for quality, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively throughout the development [login to view URL] application is short and not complex at all. Data will be selected from table based on date range and status and it will be shown in a table with a sum at the end allowing user to complement it with a receipt number
The data in question is fuel expenses, along with dates, cost per gallon/liter and vehicle used.
My timezone is GMT -3 and I prefer a coder who can work with me one on one, focusing exclusively on the task at hand as I will be available in real time to provide any information needed to complete the task.
Live database and an ftp account will be provided for the files to be uploaded and the application tested and I will be online to provide all the necessary assistance.
I need someone to get started on this as soon as possible, in an hourly basis, as I also have a couple bugs to fix in an existing asp + mysql database
