AWS custom lambda rule that monitors object level logging for s3 buckets

I require a lambda script that can check to see if an s3 bucket has object level logging turned on.

I will pay only AFTER I have tested the script myself as I have been mugged off on this site before

Will require this asap so will need someone with high experience in AWS Lambda.
