Using Visual Basic 6.0 this will be an easy code. For reading file we could use FileSystemObject, for accessing HTTP and grabbing the result we could use Winsock. Send me sample of file and I will show you a demo.

Can allow to browse for the text file. What do you mean by you need to select the web site? Did you mean, after extracting all the URLs from the text file you need to select them one at a time and run on the browser?
