I need an application that sets a system wide hook to the right click context menu on for text selection that executes a third party exe with the selected text as a command argument.
* The assembly which implements the system wide hook can be written in any .net language, C++, or VB
* Source code delivered upon completion
* Right click context menu listing is "Copy UNC
* The third party exe location can be specified in the registry or a configuration file
* Application needs to work in XP and Vista
* I have attached a sample image
* NOTE: You are writing just the hook, not the third party application that is called
