Windows 7 Custom Login

I have a custom Gina logon for XP (Gina) and now need a custom logon for Vista and Windows 7 (VCP)

I have attached a doc file explaining more detail. Also the following links will be helpful.

I have seen other products that have their own unique Win7 logon so it doable. Supposedly it is easier than the XP Gina approach ?
