Basic help for using vps window

I need basic help to use Vps window.

1). I have a mac and when I type on my keyboard I can't find the same letters that are written, I would like to solve this problem.

2) Once connected to Vps windows I only have a browser (internet explorer) and I would like to download and install chrome but when I try to download chrome, I get an error message apparently the security settings of internet explorer blocks me from downloading.
