I need an expert in c# networking to develope a program which allows to share and combine internet connections from multiple network adapters (wifi/ethernet/4g usb).
Adapters are detected automatically and added when application starts, new adapters are auto detected and added to the pool.
It should be configurable for round robin/gen2/failover/other bonding algorithm.
It should be configurable for max traffic limit for each adapter.
It should be possible to assign an application (.exe) to only one or more predetermined adapter(s).
It should be possible to detect HTTPS connection and decide to keep those connections to a single interface or to ignore it.
Visual interface (WPF) is not critical, i can be just enough to interface with the code behind.
Source code shall be exaustively commented in english.
