C# Speech application using Google Cloud APIs

It is going to be a simple C# Windows Forms Application, which will consume Google Cloud Speech APIs. Here are the details:
1. A Visual Studio 2015 based C# project.
2. There will be a single Windows Form which will take voice input from the user and the recorded voice (flac file) would be sent to Google Cloud Speech API where it will get converted into text.
3. The fetched text will be displayed in a text box.
4. You will be required to setup required Google Cloud APIs for us.
