Want to Build a Software on C# or Visual Basic to convert csv files into Metastock format

We are a small group of retail stock traders based in India & we trade in NSE (National Stock Exchange), BSE (Bombay/Mumbai Stock Exchange) & also in Indian Commodities Exchanges (eg MCX & NCDEX). We use a software called Metastock that helps us in making buying & selling decisions by analysing charts of stocks. At the end of each trading day (EOD), exchanges make available all the stocks’ [Open/High/Low/Close/Volume/Open Interest] data and we daily update Metastock's historical database on our computer with those data through a built-in semi-automatic process. This keeps our database up to dated & helps us in analysing the market. We use plain csv format data as input to update the MeatStock format database.

We wish to develop a desktop application/software based on C# or Visual Basic with your professional help. The objective of this application will be to make the daily Metastock updating process fully automatic. We have a dedicated library [login to view URL] for this file type conversion from csv to Metastock format.

Once the file conversion is successfully automated, we plan to sell data subscription to other traders of Indian markets as well and hence the application is required to be easily distributable. The desired software will be installed at client’s computer. EOD data will be uploaded from our end to a dedicated Google Drive and the desired application at client’s end should be able to download the data from Google Drive after password verification & update (append) the historical database at client’s computer with today’s [Open/High/Low/Close/Volume/Open Interest] data for each individual stock. There are nearly 5000 stocks & commodity contracts across all Indian exchanges & the entire updating process at client’s end has to be done automatically with one or two clicks of the mouse.

File conversion from csv to Metastock format is the primary goal of this project & Google Drive compatibility is secondary at present.
