23524 Two Small Fixes

2 Small Fixes: 1. Under Impact Projects (within Hope Exchange) there is a bug. Whoever the next person is to join an Impact Project becomes the "Creator" of the Project. The "Creator" of the project is always supposed to be the originator of the project, not switch everytime someone joins the project. 2. Attach the following to the Farley Art banner ads: * Point banners to [url removed, login to view] * ALT text of the Html or the Nic scrip for rotation, please put "[url removed, login to view] - Christian Computer Repair and Graphic Design."
