Tech Recruitment Assistance: Mid-Level Candidates

We are in search of a Virtual Assistant who possesses outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken, to play a crucial role in our recruitment process. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews with hiring candidates, strictly following our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). This role demands a high level of English proficiency to ensure effective communication and accurate assessment of candidates' responses.
Core Requirements:
Fluent in English: Exceptional command of the English language is essential. You must be able to understand nuances, engage in clear communication, and accurately interpret and document the candidates' responses.
Interview Conduct: Schedule and conduct video and phone interviews, ensuring a professional and proficient use of English throughout the conversation.
Adherence to SOP: Meticulously follow the provided SOP for each interview, which includes asking predetermined questions in English and assessing candidates' responses with a keen understanding of language subtleties.
Documentation and Feedback: Accurately document candidates’ answers in English and provide coherent and well-organized feedback to the HR team.
Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost confidentiality of all candidate information and interview outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role where English was the primary language of communication.
Strong listening skills with the ability to capture detailed responses during interviews.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple interviews efficiently.
Familiarity with video conferencing tools and digital documentation.
