Blog Content Manager

I am looking for assistance in updating my client's blog so it's SEO optimized. It's been around for 8 years and has over 5k pages of content. They have content writers. I need help in researching popular keywords nationally/globally to be given to the blog writers. There are pages that are duplicated content amongst the site, so we want to combine pages into one page and the end goal is to get the ad revenue and page views on the blog up. I need to find the posts that are failing and start with them first.
You must have experience with Google Analytics and SEO content writing and speak fluent English.
Offer what your time would allow you to accomplish within a month. This would be an ongoing month to month project (or until caught up).
Share with me your experience in this area and a strategy that worked well in tackling a large project such as this, if applicable.
