I have a holiday villa rental business on the web.
On a weekly basis I need to update availability of all of the villas and also on a regular basis I need list new properties which involves uploading pictures and text copy.
I need people that can speak English and write English FLUENTLY - many of our Asian friends are excellent communicators in English - FAR better than I am in their language - HOWEVER often their command of the written language is weak and I can't afford to have that conflicting with this project - so fluent english writers please.
The CMS panel to access the availability charts is very easy to use. The successful applicant will be given their own email address to use and communicate with the list of property owners in order to liaise with to get an availability update.
The CMS panel is also very user friendly when managing poperties to be listed or for that matter modified.
Also on the website there are platforms that deal with local info and places of interest in relation to each villa property. So for example if a client sees a villa of interest they are given the opportunity of clicking a button which will provide local info etc.
The successful applicant will have to put in place the relevant info for each regional area and town etc. This info will be ready supplied and will at worst just need some tidying up in terms of layout and presentation
Finally we have a database of 4000 clients. From time to time we are contacted by owners of the villa properties and informed that they are doing a special offer. We need to put together a well structured and presented email/news bulletin advising them of the [url removed, login to view] successful applicant will be tasked with taking the info given on these offers editing the layout and presentation of the email so it is pleasing to the eye and then send it out to the database.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the upkeep and updating of the email database - for example if emails bounce back because the recipient has closed their email account or moved to a new company etc etc then this must be updated
