publishing a book

around 150-200 pages

I am Currently working as a personal trainer , i wanted to have book for myself but have no idea where to start i have a things i want to touch on the book which talks about my experience of the year building my body from inside out, not only looking good on the outside but also feeling healthy from inside. i always wish to tell people if i would start all over again i would have done it different, knowledge i have acquire though my mistakes lots of it. I am a train stronger in my younger day but wiser in my older days.

I would want to talk about how my journey started, From a skinny kid who got bullied to resolving to workout putting in the hard work to look a certain way and feeling a certain way. As i progresses in my mission to be better along the way i met alot of frustration from not able to see result, to working on diet to see what works for me, to learning how to take rest. And also the important of herbs to help us. i am doing a reverse engineering of my progress and teaching other how to do it better and more efficient . How a body takes it time to construct how to be excited about the process of growing and take your time, learning to see the small result that leads to the bigger picture.
