My name is Bryan. I am the owner of therecruitingcode.com. As you will see from my sales pitch to you, selling is my weak point.

I am looking for a proven copywriter who would be interested in receiving a percentage of a product’s sales for a designated period of time rather than an upfront fee. The percentage and the designated period of time are open for negotiation.

Over the past two years my website has been growing consistently month to month. In May I launched a new product, a recruiting guide for college recruits. The cost of the guide is $50. Paying for help during the recruiting process is big business.

As you will see by the numbers below, people are interested in taking a look at the sales page, but are not buying.

By offering a percentage, rather than a flat upfront fee, I am looking for someone who is confident in their abilities and has had previous success turning leads into sales.

There are two areas of copy writing I am looking for.

1. The sales page

2. The first five emails in the sales funnel.
