We want a WebRTC "reflector" page and webserver created that will allow a user to share their camera and microphone via the web page, and then see and hear themselves via the page.

The purpose is to test their webcam, microphone, speakers, and network stability to a destination. The web page should show bitrate, Fps, network type, downlink speed, packets lost stats (and any other useful information for troubleshooting).

The WebRTC web page should support Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

The webserver side should be Windows C/C++ 32bit code that will host out the page and listen to a port and reflect the responses back to the sender.
