bug fix of almost complete website -- 2

My issues (your requirements);

Mobile version issue: scroll -

1. scroll stops at a mid-point and won't scroll further beyond the point.

2. mobile-responsive integration - when on mobile, all other contents except menu/banner box /footer menu should be removed with a link added to the footer to indicate one can view most of the hidden contents on a responsive site. This has been done except the button-triggered contents being rendered in the place of footer, by pushing down the footer menu out of sight. (see the attached image file)

3. Linking some of the footer menu with a blog page or modals that may contain ppt/pdf etc. Linking to a pdf file works but on mobile, the code I have doesn't support. I placed a download link which I hope to be fixed.

4. a missing element for At High Tech section with the scroll tracker.

5. having multiple images in scrset property of img tag,

6. placing quotes around a text block
