DIVI Theme Builder Needed - Custom Blurb Module CSS & Settings

I'm looking for a DIVI Builder css specialist to create the sample featured boxes below, with hover effects using the DIVI Builder blurb module, and provide the exact custom css, image size, and blurb setting changes needed to achieve the look and hover effect. I have attached both a screenprint sample image of each featured box, and the website link to a live version in a theme. I don't have access to the live version.
1) you must have your own copy of DIVI (we will not provide it or access to our website).
2) you need create all 10 different blurbs on your own test site, and provide us with the website link so we can view and test the blurbs online to insure they have the features we want
3) Then, after the blurbs are complete, provide us with the CSS for each blurb, the exact instructions for where to paste the CSS in DIVI, and also the exact setting changes to make for each blurb to create the blurb. So you are going to provide us with the CSS and divi blurb module changes so we can create the blurbs ourselves. We are not going to download the blurbs and install them on our site - we are going to create them ourselves.
