Automate Outlook emails to track in Excel

Hi,
I am not techy so I am looking for someone who can possibly automate specific incoming emails (editable for preference) to transfer to an excel spreadsheet to reduce the time in manually tracking specific info in excel. We are doing this tracker for work status on all work we receive for example these are the things that we need to input in excel:
- Company / Customer name
- Email Subject
- Received Date
- Status (if possible link to Outlook category when selected it will reflect in excel)
Is it possible to have this VBA code to be used by multiple users with different excel file location. Also excel file will be saved on a shared network. See attached sample on how we track our emails. Some may be manual but I need the most important ones to be automated.
