Hi,
Please read this carefully, automated responses will not be considered. When applying I need to know you understand what I'm looking for.
Looking for some one that can do the following for me in excel or another program in either 2D or 3D
Here are the following requirements
This project is based on Dynamic picking in a warehouse racking layout, so if you can understand what Dynamic picking is then this will make it easier for you.
1. Develop the warehouse racking plan layout. I have the current plan
2. Then show me based on the data I have the best way to layout my products in the warehouse racking based on volumes etc.
3. Then based on the layout of my products I then need to zone these to identify them based on an ABC analysis or another strategy
4. I would also like a heat map generated based on the ABC analysis showing where the products are located by zone
5. I would then need to show a total warehouse capacity graph or utilisation of spaces etc.
6. Then need a dashboard created to show a various list of trends etc from the data.
Objective
1. Develop the warehouse racking layout
2. Demonstrate via the racking layout the best way to relay my products in the racking
3. Demonstrate the products into zones via conditional formatting or heat maps etc.
4. Develop a dynamic dashboard based on information from the data.
The key to all this is the data will continuously be updated to review the information in the racking layout and the data spread sheet will remain constant and fixed with header information so you need to apply logic when developing this.
Probably macro's or some magic VB script.
