I am looking for a full SEO optimization service to rank my Wordpress flash game website first page in organic search engine results on [url removed, login to view] (US) for 5 key phrases. See attached document for details on website and key phrases.
Once this project has been completed I am also interested in ongoing fixed price monthly support arrangement to maintain the sites first page ranking. If this project is successful, same worker may be awarded multiple similar future projects.
CONDITIONS
-Timeline for each keyword and type of SEO techniques you will use
-Weekly reporting on status of timeline
-No black hat or grey hat methods ONLY white hat
-Google guidelines should be followed and in no way compromised
-Quality back links must relate to site topic on high quality relevant sites
-No SEO spam or other unethical methods
-No use of automated software or bots
-No paid traffic sites
-No banned sites, porn, gambling,violent,illegal sites etc
-No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox
-No java links, jumps scripts, framed pages, redirects,cloaking, css redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, hidden links etc
-I can handle onsite SEO according to your instructions (within reason). You will need to handle all offsite SEO
-Freelancer must have excellent English communication skills
PAYMENT STAGES
1. 20% of bid will be paid once 3 out of 5 keyword phrases arrives in the [url removed, login to view] top 25.
2. 10% of bid will be paid once remaining 2 keyword phrases arrives in the [url removed, login to view] top 25.
2. 30% of bid will be paid once all keyword phrases are listed on the [url removed, login to view] front page
3. 10% of bid will be paid once keyphrases have been on the front page of [url removed, login to view] for 30 days
4. 10% of bid will be paid once keyphrases have continued to be on the front page of [url removed, login to view] for another 30 days
5. The balance of bid will be paid when keyphrases have continued on the front page of Google for another 30 days (thus totaling 90 days) on the front page of [url removed, login to view]
Payment stages can be negotiated.
