The project has several assignments during this semester and these assignments are due from time to time. I need to know how you would manage these due dates for each part of the project. or Do you have the ability to deliver the entire project at once with the specific requirements. ======================= For now, I need to get the first few assignments that are already pass due and then we work out the rest of the assignments. I just registered this class and I need your attention please because I need to turn the late assignments by the end of this week: -------------------1---------------------- Iteration#1 Plan Please document your project requirements using the format provided in the project notebook template. Project requirements should include: vision statement, actors, actor goals, user stories (product backlog) and sprint plan. You may also want to include additional constrains/features/requirements in the form of system shall statements. For example: "the system shall include a brief video on the help menu which shows how to perform actions described in stories 3 and 4". Be sure to estimate the expected effort of each story with story points. The sprint plan includes even more detail about the work that is needed. It should include a list of stories you plan to complete during the first sprint along with the tasks that need to be completed for each story. Estimate task effort in hours. Note, use cases are optional. -------------------2---------------------- Iteration#1 Upload to Blackboard a .doc or .pdf document that contains evidence of what was accomplished during this iteration. The document should include: (1) screen snapshots of new functionality (2) snippets of source code behind the new functionality. Also, at the end of each iteration be sure to update your project document for the next iteration. At the end of each iteration you will want to: (1) add a sentence or two for sprint retrospective of completed sprint (don't forget to include current velocity), (2) update product backlog (add/change/delete entries), (3) specify sprint backlog for next sprint. All the due dates details are in screen shot in the attached zip file.
