[login to view URL] clone with a few differences

I will need a clone of [url removed, login to view] with a few differences. The design itself will be a bit different, plus it will have a few different features. It will be a mix of Digg and www.newstrust.com. Not very complicated but I need a developer/designer who has previous experience with social networking, social bookmarking etc. I do not want a pligg design unless you can unsure that you deliver exactly the specs that I want using pligg.
