Error when running Drush command to attempt and upgrade Drupal 8

Unfortunately, as already stated, we are unable to specify the exact cause of the error that is being thrown when trying to update the Drupal application.

Even if we check all logs of the application, no further error messages are being thrown that could provide us with more information and give us a direction as to where the issue could be coming from.

That is why we suggested directly contact the vendors of the Drupal script so they could further examine the error message and to provide you with additional information and a possible solution to the matter.

We would like to inform you that the Error is exactly the same. Here is the log of the executed command:

- drupal/migrate_tools is locked to version 4.5.0 and an update of this package was not requested.

- Root [login to view URL] requires drush/drush ^10.5 -> satisfiable by drush/drush[10.5.0, 10.x-dev].

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.
