Affiliate Identification and Management

I'm seeking someone to identify, research for and possibly manage affiliates for a new ebook based product in a gardening/environmental sub niche.

Envisaged services to include researching potential affiliates, collating information gatherered and presenting it back to me in a format to allow me to easily contact potential affiliates myself or for the successful bidder to provide that service also.

A fuller brief will be discussed with the successful bidder.

If responding to this project, I'd be grateful if in your proposal you will set out how you would approach this project and cover both the identification and also management of affiliates for me. Estimate of time involved would be apprecaited.
