Requirements:
1) Email extractor (Geographical and Search engine based)
2) Newsgroup email extractor
3) Ability to verify above addresses
4) Bulk emailing capability (several hundred thousand weekly)
5) Ability to send with internal SMTP server
6) Must be SPAM compliant
I will provide all copy. I also want to be able to specify the "From" field.
This will most likely be an ongoing project. it does not involve porn or gambling.
THE BUDGET LISTED IS INCORRECT. THE CORRECT BUDGET IS $300 MONTHLY.
