GCC Harmonized HR Leave Policy

This project aims to harmonize leave policies for all employees across our locations in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries - Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait. Compliance with all local labor laws is fundamental.

Key tasks:

-Ideal applicants should have an extensive understanding of GCC labor laws and an experience with:

* Annual leave

* Sick leave

* Maternity and Paternity leave

* Hajj leave

* Marriage leave

* Compassionate Leave

and any other leaves recognized by the GCC labor laws.

- Applicants should provide solutions to ensure all these leaves are integrated into one all-encompassing policy.

This project's success will be measured by its ability to improve our employees' satisfaction, retaining our valued staff, and ensuring we are fully compliant with the local labor laws. A deep knowledge of HR policies and a background in HR law will be highly beneficial.
