You are going to:

1. Submit the article to 350 article directories and top higly rated information [url removed, login to view] NOT SUBMIT TO PORN SITES

2. When you are done, I will need a report with the URLs of the approved articles. Please keep in mind that only approved sites are counted. So you should send me a report with 350 URLs, also with the site linking to my site

Please dont stress yourself if you are not good at this
