Simple custom Joomla Template

I need a Joomla replica after a html website . The website that I want to recreate is : [url removed, login to view] (if you choose this one, the flash banner that rotate images that is on the header can be recreated using any slider module, so you can put any flash slider module there) or [url removed, login to view] which you prefer or which is easier to recreate. Is not complicated, but there will be many pages. I want you to create the index page, also to create the products details page design in Joomla, and after ,to write a tutorial for me where to explain me how to write the content of the products description page. I want a good Joomla! developer ! I am a coder too, but I don`t know how to develop Joomla templates . Quick and easy money for a good Joomla! developer, also I`ll provide more projects in the future for the selected provider,so will be long term basis work.
