Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, return voice mail messages, respond to emails, etc.

• Data Entry

• Prepare new client files

• Mailing of packages

Experience and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (required)

• Type 45wpm

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• We are looking for candidate in USA only and there's going to background checking for all applicants.
