Need excel to recognise phone numbers and assign name accordingly

I will be entering raw data which will include Date, Time, Call or SMS, Phone number. Once I've put all this into a Excel spreadsheet or workbook I want Excel to automatically assign the phone number with the contact name and if the contact name is not in my list just have unknown.
