I require a Skills Matrix to be prepared in Excel.
I am attaching a template as a guide together with draft ones for the relevant departments - HR/GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) & Finance. I require one for legal too.
Once completed - perhaps one in each tab - we'll need to have employees rate their skills to understand exactly what requirements we have and what we need.
Please feel free to research others and put together something comprehensive that I can then review and make changes as required. I need to to be user friendly and easy for individual's to complete. Also for reporting filters will be helpful to sort and report.
