The project is to supply AS3 code to dynamically draw resizable speech and thought bubbles with dynamic text.
The pointer part of the bubbles needs to be able to be moved to any direction around the bubbles using click and drag.
The bubble should be resizable and rotatable in code.
The user needs to enter text into the bubbles and the text should wrap to the shape of the bubble.
The text should resize to the bubble and also resize if the bubble is resized.
The bubble itself should be moveable using click and drag.
The border thickness should be resizable in code.
The font can be set in code.
The colors can be set in code.
