My ideas/visions are below. This is one site that I would like to model after.

I have an SAT tutoring business and I would like a site designed like the attached image with some interative applications, etc.

The look, feel, and smoothness of their site is what I'm hoping to achieve ...

Please let me know if anything is unclear or if any of the attached files do not work. Also do not hesitate to email me if you have any clarification questions.

Also I think this site should be flash so experienced web developers will be looked at first.

Please also let me know how much you charge per hour as I know this will be a complex project.
