446745 Simple flash intro with video and url forward

Flash intro with white background. Should play video (swf attached, also available as mov or flv) on start. Upon completion of play, flash intro should forward to url to be submitted. Direct to url link (skip) should be below video on the right. (jpg provided). Will need 2 swf files for two different url forwards.

Need very fast turnaround.
