Need some flash tutorials

I'm looking for someone to create some flash tutorials for some software we have. The bidder must be familar with the various types of tutorial and software demo creation software and ALSO have the software to create them. Please send me examples (attachments or urls) of some previous work and quote me per flash tutorial. I am looking for a long term relationship so if there are quantity discounts, please include these numbers. We are looking for the lowest bid, fastest output and highest quality.

We are not necessarily looking for graphic designers and artists. In fact, we are looking for people who do not know any Flash and actionscript. We need quite a few of these tutorials so we are not looking for anything super fancy. We need someone who can learn the software we have and then create tutorials based off of them. The tutorial/demo software already creates a nice look we are comfortable with.

Payment Terms.
Payment will be made as demos are delivered. Initially, this will be weekly and as trust is built, less frequently.I will review the demos one by one and if significant editing is required, it will be sent back. There will be no initial deposit. No exceptions.

After payment is made, all intellectual, resale, and other rights are transferred to me. The demo/tutorial may not be used anywhere else.
