Change a PowerPoint presentation to a Flash movie

We have a corporate training presentation that's done in PowerPoint. We would like a more "cinematic" look to this presentation than PowerPoint can give, and would like the presentation turned into a Flash movie instead, that can be distributed as a self-running CD-ROM.
Presentation runs for 68 slides and contains a soundtrack. The designer would not be constrained to the existing look of the presentation, but would be given creative license to adapt the content to a look that could be used for future presentations as well.
We want an "Oh, WOW!" response from our viewers!
