I work at a mining company. I have written some SQL and a web page to dynamically display where trucks are being utilised each day, in real time. (and historically)
My problem is that while i find it very easy to get the data out of the database, dsiplaying it on a web page using HTML is a very time consuming job. I would like someone to build a custom graph in flash (or another similar technology) to solve this problem.
This graph ([url removed, login to view]) shows the amount of trucks at a digger written in HTML, very basic. Each one of these bars represents a minute. Each increment represents how many trucks at each digger, from 0 to 10 (if it ever gets to 10 there are major problems. It should only get to 5-6 at worst. This graph is over a 3 hour period, but we are looking to implement one over 12 hours, a whole shift. Using a mouse hover over each bar, you will get an output of time and amount of trucks such as in FreelancerAd02.jpg. Then if you hover over the coloured "Digger Status Bar" bar at the bottom in [url removed, login to view], the hover will tell you the status each digger is in, in the case below it is green, which is “ready working”, it has been in that status since 06.52am. We have several status codes that are represented by colours.
I am guessing this needs to be done in flash as a .swf file, but i am open to using any other technology that can be embedded into a web page.
