create custom keyboards app for IOS

Well, I'm thinking to create an app that based on the keyboard because I believe you need more than letters to express your feelings emotion, and thought clearly. In fact, I want to build an app that has around 100 common words and phrases that came from my language, which it's Arabic to achieve my target and be more localized. In brief, everyone who downloads my app it has to go directly to his keyboard, so he can use it.
