i need to edit the flash in the following link

all i need is to change the logo in the middle and put a new arabic logo in the arabic version and english logo in the english version..

i attached the arabic and english logo to check if u can do it.

I forgot to tell that my max budget will be 15$ or less
and that i have the source of the english version only.
