A number of icons for a mobile app

We are building a mobile app for a not for profit agency that provides information in the form of seminars, events, articles and links to the community, primarily around teenagers and their families. We require 13 icons in total, all in Vector format (Illustrator or InDesign), but also delivered in a number of predefined resolutions as 24 Bit (transparent) PNG files. The attached spreadsheet contains
- Description of the icons required
- Required resolutions & base filename for naming of delivered files (i.e. for the "Contact Us" icon we only need [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view], all other icons require more than one explicit resolution)
- Color Scheme - basically the icons should have a simple base color of blue similar to the demo app screenshot in the attached PDF - or go well with a blueish color theme (the app will have a blueish color theme)
