CCG Location Art - Natural Resources

I'm looking for an artist to draw a scene/location/landscape for an upcoming customizable card game. This is a darker, gritty, modern setting, so please keep that in mind when bidding.

I tend to give a lot of creative freedom to the artist when it comes to the artwork - artists/designers work better if I'm not micromanaging every single thing - but do ask to see a draft of the idea before it goes into the final coloring stages. Don't worry, that comes AFTER the bid is accepted.

This piece is for a generic location/area in the game called "Natural Resources". It is a source for some sort of raw material: it could be farmland, a mine being dug out by androids, a forest being guarded by dryads... really anything.
