Design/Template for GEN4 script (PTC/BUX)

I need a template for Gen4 script (fully coded, not just the psd).

Requirements:

- Professional, clean and unique

- To be tweaked just like i want

- I have made a quick layout in paint on how i like it to be (i will send u the pic after the bidding).

- Example site's for inspiration: Zeus Script ([url removed, login to view]), [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] (u have to make an account on this website to see all features).

One week completion, budget - maximum 100$, 50% payment after i see a sketch of the future design, 50% after finished work.

Only for designers/coders that have's experience with gen4.
