I need to have this design made (preferable in vector), it's just a joke for a t-shirt me and some buddies will have made for when we ride our bikes, nothing commercial, so it's a very low budget
it's basically a round logo, around the edge border (currently it's in portuguese) it's to say "Cult of the Black Hand" and also a version in portuguese "Seita da Mão Preta" .. the idea is a black hand (maybe tattoo in the wrist) grabbing a white breast .. nothing pornographic or too grafical, this is just for fun
check the attachment for the mockup, you have creative freedom to change it a bit :)
