Need a graphical designer to design a logo for a blog.
The final logo is expected to be deliver in high resolution and properly layered PSD with urgency.
Maximum budget: $50
We are also looking for reliable freelancer, since we might have jobs on demand in the near future (such as banner designs, video thumbnails and so on).
In order to speed up the design process, the logo concept was already created.
LOGO CONCEPT:
Please, check the files attached (blog mockup, color scheme and concept).
Use texturing and shadowing concepts from Tropical MBA logo on a red and white-ish scheme (check mockup).
The logo will have a round shape. Inside of the circle, instead of the palm tree, use \"Stand on Top\" vector, can be found here:

Just note that the outer circle and 'Stand on Top' (man on top of mountain) must be in red, and the inner circle (inner background) in white-ish.
Please, make the color balance, texturing and shadowing similar to Tropical MBA.
For the font, feel free to use a cool typography that might match the website.
Make sure the logo will look good on a dark background.

In order to choose the winner, we will have a quick test:
1. Create your initial logo mockup (based on mockups, concept and instructions above) and send it to us.
2. We will also take into account your communication in a timely fashion and delivery speed (due to the urgency of this task).
3. After awarded, we might request 2 revisions.
Only bid if you agree with the terms, and can create and send us the initial logo mockup ASAP (according to instructions above) so that we can assess the design, skills and communication.
