511202 Small Wordpress Modification needed

I have a wordpress installed here : [url removed, login to view]

You will notice that on the top right there is a two persons icon that when hovered it shows some social media buttons.

What I need is for the social media buttons to go to the line where the two person icon is and be constantly visible - no hover to show.

Budget is $15, need it today, no escrow, payment in full upon inspection on Monday.
