Event registration web site

Need to design HTML pages for an event registration.

Estimate: about 5 static pages could be more depending on your design These are simple pages

Example: [url removed, login to view]

The registration page will capture form inputs and submit

Need a page to view those who have registered: summary

Need a link on the summary page to:

-send email to the applicants or all applicants. The form should accept html

Mark the applicants as paid. By default not paid

Applicants can register and edit their profile too. Basic insert and update statements
